OMIQ Revive stores audit payloads, scores, and governance artefacts so teams can collaborate. Processing is limited to operating the product: authentication, audit execution, storage in the configured database, and support when you contact us.
Lawful basis & retention
Where you sign in or submit HTML or URLs for audit, we rely on contract and legitimate interests to run the service. Retention follows your workspace policy and operational backups; you can request deletion of personal data subject to legal holds.
Cross-border transfers
Infrastructure may be hosted outside your country of residence. Transfers use standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards required by applicable law.
Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Use your organisation's data controller contact or the in-product support channel described in your agreement.
